Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date. NOTE: A re-stocking fee may apply.

How to Return or Exchange a Product:

     Please use our Contact Us online form for authorization before returning any merchandise to us.
     Please Note:  Do not return a package unless you have received prior authorization.
          We reserve the right to refuse all returns that are sent to us without prior authorization.
     If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the item number, color/size/etc. and the quantity you would like in exchange.
     If you have returned an item, you can expect a refund posted to your account within 7-10 days of the receipt of the returned package.

All Returns must be in resalable condition with their tags and original packaging and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of a credit or refund.

For your safety, and the safety of other customers, We DO NOT accept returns on protective masks, face coverings, or disposable personal protective equipment. All Sales Final.
Under no circumstance will the authorization of these items be given.


If you have received a prepaid UPS return label:

  1. Repack the item for return in a suitable box or bag.
  2. Attach the prepaid label to the package.
  3. Drop off at any UPS store or dropbox location near you.
